GreenCap Solutions AS announces the appointment of Ørjan Aukland as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 2, 2021. In his new role on the Executive Management Team, Aukland will lead finance and accounting and will prepare the company for an initial public offering.

Aukland joins GreenCap Solutions from the position of Head of M&A and Corporate Venture Capital at Lyse AS, a Norwegian industrial group operating within energy, telecommunications and power grid. He has served on numerous boards of directors, including Altibox Danmark A/S, Heimdall Power AS and Validé Invest II AS. Ørjan is educated within auditing and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Agder, Norway, and is a Certified European Financial Analyst from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
